SkyRider is a Tier 2 Backbone Internet Service Provider (ISP).  Our facilities interconnect directly with Level(3) Communications in Baton Rouge, LA, and with Cogent Communications in Dallas, TX.  Our primary business is operating and providing telecommunications and Internet service.
