SkyRider is qualified as a provider of Priority One telecommunications services for participating schools' E-Rate funding and is registered with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Schools and Libraries Division of Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) as an Eligible Telecommunications Provider (ETP).
